First on the menu! Apple Carrot Crunchers:

  • 1 cup grated apple (remove seeds and core)

  • 1 cup grated carrot

  • 2 cups oat flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine grated apple, grated carrot, and oat flour in a bowl. Mix until a sticky dough forms.

  3. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

  6. Let the treats cool before sharing!
