First on the menu! Apple Carrot Crunchers:
1 cup grated apple (remove seeds and core)
1 cup grated carrot
2 cups oat flour
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine grated apple, grated carrot, and oat flour in a bowl. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Let the treats cool before sharing!
Pumpkin Peanut Butter Bites:
1 cup pureed pumpkin
½ cup natural peanut butter (unsalted, no added sugar)
1 ¾ cups whole wheat flour
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Gradually add flour, stirring until a dough forms.

Bake for 2-3 hours, flipping the rounds halfway through, until they are dried and chewy.
